Big Band Valentine’s Concert: 8 p.m., California Lutheran University’s Samuelson Chapel, 60 W. Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks. The Smurfs drive-in movie: 7 p.m. (gates open at 6 p.m.), Rancho Santa Susana Community Park, 5005 Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley.
