I'm not sure about the "circus thingy," but you're right, Brenda. The structure is behind the Target shopping center in the Patriot center.

Ah -- "circus" is Euro speak for a "round a bout" traffic thingy - we don't use them much here in the States! ;-)

]D'oh! There is a round about there. When I was a kid living in Jamaica, we called little playground merry go rounds (the ones you push) round abouts and to this day, I sometimes forget that's what the traffic circles are called, so I completely understand. lol
