code to open gate not working

I recently moved to the Serenata community and the code for the gate is not working. It's the gate that opens up to Peach Hill Rd. Who do I contact? I don't have the homeowner's assoc. phone no. Also, I only have 1 remote and would like to get another. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks
