The Conejo Valley YMCA, which serves Moorpark as well as Thousand Oaks and the Santa Rosa Valley, is seeking swim instructors and lifeguards.

Many members of the YMCA's aquatics staff can only work during summer, so the organization needs additional personnel for fall, winter and spring.

"Our heated indoor swimming pool is open all year. There is a demand for swim classes even in winter so we need swim instructors and lifeguards even when it's cold outside," said Meghan Lopez, the Conejo Y's aquatics and child care director.

All aquatics positions are part time and are flexible with school schedules.

For more information, contact Lopez at 805-523-7613 or  mlopez@conejovalleyymca.org.

The Conejo Y is located at 4031 N. Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks.
