Knights of Columbus Annual Lenten Fish Fry

The Knights once again are offering a Friday night fish fry throughout Lent. This year's Friday night dinners will be held on February 24th through March 30.

The knights would like to extend an invitation to all residents of Moorpark and the surrounding area to enjoy an excellent fish dinner. Anyone purchasing five consecutive dinners will receive a free sixth dinner on March 30.

Dinners will be served from 5 to 7 p.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church's Cosgrove Center,  located at 13955 Peach Hill Road in Moorpark.

Cost for adults is $9, senior and teens $8 and children 12 and under $6.

The Menu includes fried or baked fish, French fries, or au gratin potatoes, cole slaw, rolls, dessert and beverage. A new item this year will be fish tacos. Take-outs are available. Wine will be served also for an additional fee.

Money raised from this event will benefit local charities, particularly The Moorpark Food Pantry.

Kindest regards, Michael Ohler

My family was there last night and dinner was great! We liked the addition of the fish tacos. Offering wine is a great plus as well. See you next Friday.
