Patch columnist recently dropped in on Fabio Viviani. The owner of in Toluca Lake and in Moorpark told Patch about his restaurants and showed us some cooking tips, but he also told us about his experiences appearing on the reality TV shows Top Chef and Top Chef All-Stars.
