Troop Real Estate of Moorpark has recently recognized Emma Candelario as its youngest licensed agent. On Wednesday, she will turn 21.

On Oct. 27, Candelario opened the sealed letter from the Department of Real Estate congratulating her on passing the test that now allows her to follow her passion.

She brings to the position life experiences and new perspectives with both passion and heart. The daughter of a Troop real estate agent, Candelario is quick to say she “was born to be a real estate agent.”

Candelario works with short-sale homes and bank foreclosures mainly.  When wrestling with banks in negotiations, she always has her clients’ best interests first and foremost. For her, the greatest reward is handing over the key to the dream home of a first time buyer. In fact, Candelario wears a necklace with a key on it around her neck every day, so as to never lose sight of her purpose.
