  1. The Chamber of Commerce networking golf tournament takes place Thursday at 2 p.m. Find details about the .
  2. There will be a free landfill day for Moorpark residents Sunday. Get rid of trash, recyclables, dirt, appliances, yard waste and more, but be sure to bring proof that you're a resident of the city. The landfill is at 2801 Madera Road, Simi Valley. Call 805-s79-7267 for more information.
  3. The County's Jewish Genealogical Society invites the community to a talk about U.S. immigration and naturalization in Thousand Oaks at 2420 E. Hillcrest Drive from 7 to 9 p.m. The talk is free.
  4. Moorpark's lowest price per gallon for regular gas is $3.93, according to GasBuddy.com. Find it at the Shell stations at 301 W. Los Angeles Ave. and 6599 Collins Drive, the Union 76 stations at 13800 Princeton Ave. and 550 W. Los Angeles Ave. and the Alliance station at 50 W. Los Angeles Ave.
  5. The National Weather Service is predicting patchy fog with a high of 83 degrees and a low of 56 degrees.
