Hop Over to the City's Egg Hunt

The annual city-sponsored event takes place April 7.

Moorpark's annual Easter Egg hunt, scheduled for April 7 this year, will include all sorts of fun for the family.

In addition to Easter egg hunts, divided by age, there will be pony rides, a petting zoo, carnival games, crafts, kettle corn and shaved ice.

The egg hunts for childen 5 and younger will begin at 10:30 a.m., 10:45 a.m. and noon. Parents may accompany children. Hunts for children 6 and older are at 11:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. These hunts are for children only-no parents. An all-family hunt for all ages will take place at 12:15 p.m.

Be sure to bring a basket!

Admission fees are $5 for an egg hunt, game and an attraction; $10 for an egg hunt, six carnival games and three attractions. An Attraction-Plus Wristband is available for $5 with the purchase of admission.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at , 4550 Tierra Rejada Road.
