Aspiranet, one of California’s
leading social services agencies will hold an informational meeting for
prospective foster parents who would like to learn more about foster parenting
on Monday, Feb. 24, from 6 – 8 p.m. at its Ventura County offices located at
1838 Eastman Avenue, Suite 100, Ventura, Calif. Participants are encouraged to
