The whole family is invited to attend Moorpark’s Trick or Treat Village for a spooktacular Saturday afternoon filled with freaky fun at the Arroyo Vista Recreation Center. We’ll celebrate Halloween with trick-or-treating, carnival games, arts and crafts, special attractions, and more!

Children can trick or treat safely in the Trick or Treat Village as they collect candy at the Halloween House, Forbidden Castle, Haunted Cemetery, and Pumpkin Patch. Fourteen different carnival games including Batty Bowling, Monster Toss, and Ghost Grab will keep kids entertained.  Everyone who plays at our creepy carnival is a winner! Kids are in for adventure at our special attractions including a giant slide, bounce tent, and obstacle course. Kids will also have the chance to create creepy crafts, including painting a pumpkin donated by Underwood Family Farms.

The event will be held at the Arroyo Vista Recreation Center in Moorpark on Saturday, October 27, 2012. The event will run from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wristband will be sold at the event with prices varying from $5 -$15, pending desired activities.  In the event of inclement weather, all activities will be indoors, so join us rain or shine.  For more information on the Trick or Treat Village, call the Arroyo Vista Recreation Center at (805) 517-6300, or visit www.ci.moorpark.ca.us.
