On Monday, November 18, 2013, Conejo Valley Adult School Parenting Program at Horizon Hills School will host a free health and gardening seminar with Rachel Burch, a certified holistic health coach from Sears Pediatric.

(Dr. William Sears, Founder of Sears Pediatric, is a well-known pediatrician and is the author of more than 40 books.)

Tower Gardening allows us to grow more food in a much smaller space and with greater control. We will learn how growing our own fruits and vegetables can keep our families healthier and more focused supporting brain health and improved immune systems. People may also inquire about a 10x20 gardening space in the Horizon Hills Family Gardens. There will be a raffle with prizes and healthy refreshments.

The seminar will be from 6-7 p.m. on Monday November 18, 2013.
