Reminder: Moorpark Restaurants Serve Up Specials for Restaurant Week

The event runs through Sunday.

Patch reported on it last week, but we wanted to remind residents that special meals and deals are to be found at a number of Moorpark eateries this week in honor of the city's inaugural Restaurant Week.

The participating restaurants run the gamut from upper-scale dining like Lemmo's Grill to shopping center pizzarias, like Brick Oven. You've got newer places, like Custom Melt, those only slightly older, like Asakuma and the  Moorpark standbys like Two Guys From Italy. There are restaurants on the main strip, like Grinder and Viva la Pasta and some more out of the way, like The Cafe, located on Princeton on the college side of the 118. Finally, there are a couple—Maria's Restaurant and Secret Garden—on Moorpark's quiet High Street.

Some restaurants are offering a discount on your meals while others offer a special fixed-cost menu. Find specific deals on the city of Moorpark website.
