Janice Parvin's State of the City address , wish I can attend but I would like to say, our mayor seems to be doing a excellent job. How those that are part of the leadership in our community can juggle their personal, business and city responsibilies so effectively is amazing. We in Moorpark are very fortunate to live in such a fine city.
