Editor's Note: Down Time

Hello Moorpark,

Patch sites had a few hiccups today and I got a couple of questions about it, so I just wanted to let everyone know it was one of those rare things that happens occasionally and our tech wizards jumped on it. It appears they waved their magic wands—or did whatever tech wizards do—and things are back to normal.

I did want to thank those readers who called it to my attention (editors actually get alerts from a couple different sources when there's trouble with a site) and, more importantly, thank you for your patience when something like this occasionally happens. It means we can't post new stories and you can't read them and join in the conversation and I want to apologize for that.

But now... onward and upward. We've got a fun story planned for tomorrow about a heartfelt action that went viral online and ended up in a Moorpark coffee shop. I hope you'll enjoy it.
