Hi there, my name is Maryann Baum and I'm a Realtor at your local Troop Real Estate office located at the corner of Spring & Los Angeles Ave.  Have you ever come into our office?  We are all very friendly and we have excellent, friendly and knowledgable professionals to service all of your real estate needs.   

In my upcoming blogs I hope I can help answer questions you may have and help you understand how to find the best Realtor for your needs.  As well, I would like to keep you informed about any trends I see developing within our community, and other real estate related information, and some fun stuff from time to time, why not?  

Like in life, when they say there is someone out there for each person, the same is true for realtors.  There is a perfect Realtor for any need you may have, whether buying or selling (even renting), doing a short sale, or wanting to buy a foreclosure.  For example, there are specific designations available to Realtors who take the appropriate courses/exam(s), and complete any other applicable requirements to get the designation.   These designations are given by the National Association of Realtors.    I will go into these designations week by week as I post to help educate you on how you can find the best Realtor for your needs.  I do hope I can, at some point be the right Realtor for you, but keep reading on week by week and decide for yourself...
