Moorpark Will See Extra DUI Patrols This Holiday Season

The VC Star reports that Ventura County has an increase in DUI arrests this holiday season compared to last year.

This holiday season will bring along extra DUI patrols in Ventura County.

The Ventura County Star reports that officials said that Moorpark, Simi Valley, Ventura, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Port Hueneme and Oxnard will have extra DUI patrols.

"The California Highway Patrol also will have a maximum enforcement period on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Traffic and patrol officers will focus on stopping and arresting suspected DUI drivers during their normal shifts," according to the VC Star article.
