Police believe a hash oil extraction lab may have been the source of a series of explosions and fire at a Moorpark residence.

Four people—three adults and one child—were in a Moorpark house when parts of it early Thursday morning in what police say was an accident caused by a marijuana oil extraction process.

Here are some aftermatch photos of the house, on the 4200 block of Cerdarpine Lane. A Sheriff's Department statement issued Thursday night said most of the residence suffered damage. The photos confirm what officers on the scene confirmed Thursday, that the garage area was hit hardest. Other parts of the home's exterior appear normal and in one photo, which looks through an open gate, a toy sits untouched as if at any other home with children.

The first photos were taken Thursday morning while state investigators were on the scene. The later photos were taken Thursday afternoon after most officials had left and police barriers had been moved in, closer to the home.
