A 22-year-old Moorpark man was arrested in connection with several local vandalism incidents, according to a report from the Moorpark Police Dept issued on Friday.
Following an investigation which began in June, authorities identified Victor Cruz Jr. as the person they believe responsible for spray painting on local buildings and walls across Moorpark, the report said.
Cruz was arrested at his home Thursday after a a search warrant was served. Additional evidence was discovered at Cruz' home linking him to the crimes, the report said.

Cruz was booked into county jail on four counts of felony vandalism and two counts of misdemeanor vandalism, the report said.
