The Moorpark Chamber of Commerce will host Mayor Janice Parvin and Capt. Ron Nelson of the Moorpark Police Department for a State of the City luncheon Wednesday.
The mayor will share her view of where the city currently stands and how she sees it moving forward, how the elimination of the city's redevelopment agency will affect Moorpark and more.
The talk is scheduled to run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Cafe Firenze, 563 W. Los Angeles Ave. The cost to attend is $35 and reservations can be made by calling 805-529-0322. You can also register online on the Chamber's State of the City event page.
