State Sen. Tony Strickland's office announced Monday that, due to scheduling conflicts, the senator will not be at a Moorpark event he announced last week.
In his place, Strickland staffers will meet with consituents for a community coffee at the from 8 to 9 a.m. Sept. 23 and will convey concerns and statements to the senator.
The gathering is open to all members of the community and will provide them an opportunity to hear the latest news in state government.
The Grinder is at 1 W. Los Angeles Ave., Moorpark.
