Moorpark Teacher's Union Not Happy About Administrators' Raises

Teachers and members of the Moorpark Educators Association gathered at Tuesday's school board meeting to criticize the recent decision to raise the salaries of five top school administrators when their own salaries haven’t increased in years, according to a report in the Ventura County Star.

About 50 teachers were in attendance at the meeting at which one union representative said that board’s action occurred before the teachers returned to school and before parent-teacher groups and councils could meet, said the report.
