Teen Game Night

The City of Moorpark’s Teen Council is pleased to announce the 2012/2013 school year’s first teen event Teen Game Night. Middle and high school students are invited to enjoy activities including Guitar Hero, Dance Dance Revolution, karaoke, dodgeball, poker, Playstation, Wii, ping pong, and more. Game Night will be held Saturday, September 8th at the Arroyo Vista Recreation Center from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. The Arroyo Vista Recreation Center is located at 4550 Tierra Rejada Road, Moorpark.

There will be two tournaments at the Teen Game Night. One tournament will feature Guitar Hero and the other will feature Dance Dance Revolution. Teens will complete for the highest score on the same song and difficulty as everyone else. The winner of each tournament will be awarded a GameStop gift card. Tournament signups will begin at 6:00 P.M. sharp with limited spaces available so arrive early. While not completing in the tournaments, teens will be able to enjoy the different activities at their leisure.

Admission to Game Night is only $5 per person. There is no additional cost to enter any of the tournaments. A $1 snack menu will be available, featuring beverages and snack foods.
