This locally owned franchise, opened in 2009, is the only Java Kai location on the mainland; the other two locations are in Kauai. Owner Mark Howe and his friendly staff offer tropical-themed smoothies and coffee drinks. Java Kai brews 100% Kona coffee. Gift cards are available in any increment. The cards can also be used as a rewards/loyalty card, where customers receive their 11th drink free. They are in the same shopping center as Vons, near Lemmo's and Subway.
