<p>The main office of the water and sanitation division is at the county government center in Ventura; however, you can pay water and sewer bills at the utility services office on Spring Road. </p> <p>The Moorpark waterworks district serves approximately 37,166 customers through 10,179 service connections, including 10,033 residential and commercial service connections and 146 agricultural service connections.</p>
